CEO · Engineer — Director de ObraGCS's CEO and a licensed engineer, Max holds the COAMSS/OPAMSS Director de Obra accreditation — the highest credential a civil engineer or architect can earn, requiring nine years of government-verified experience. It authorizes him to take legal responsibility for construction of any kind. His track record spans El Chaparral, the Airport expansion, Bitcoin mining facilities in Berlín, and apartment towers. Today no project can be built — and no company can legally call itself a construction firm — without a Director de Obra.
